Land Consultation
We develop plans for your property based off your goals for what you want. Plans are developed in phases of implementation from 1 to 6 years. We put boots on the ground as well as utilize other resources to develop comprehensive plans. Plans encompass food and water sources, stand and blind locations, habitat improvements, recommended camera placement, predator and active trapping plans, state & federal programs you can utilize that are available to achieve your goals. Trail systems, cabin locations, and various other solutions for recreational properties. These are some of the items that go into every comprehensive report and mapping of your property. We stay engaged throughout your plan; we view all customers as a long term relationship. We have in house capabilities and preferred partners for all of the services we recommend. Mowing, mulching, spraying, blinds, stands. feeders, food plot seed and mineral supplementation, clearing, trails, ponds, planting and drilling anything from corn to clover, switchgrass, CRP and pollinator program mixes. Invasive species removal, earthwork, burning and TSI.
Other services
Camera management - we provide and maintain cameras on your property. Collecting data and using a management program you have access to, or we can generate a weekly report for you October through December. Buck to doe ratio studies. Mock scrapes established. *NOTE* Some services are only within a 150 mile radius.
